Professional Background

Allie's real estate journey commenced right out of school in Paddington, working for a friend's father. Throughout her career, she achieved notable milestones, such as being nominated as the Best New Client Consultant at McGrath in 2019 and voted Best Property Manager in 2014. Notably, within three months of joining Lifestyle Property, she earned a promotion to Head of Property Management.

Allie's expertise extends to negotiation, conflict resolution, and building strong rapport with clients, especially multi-owners, overseas investors, and those introduced through buyers' agents. Her strengths lie in problem-solving, maintaining a positive attitude, and being goal-driven.
