Damon's real estate journey is deeply rooted in a family legacy spanning over 40 years. He began his career at his family’s real estate agency, founded by his grandfather and currently run by his father. Some memorable moments in Damon’s career include completing his real estate license and leasing his first property. A highlight of his career was leasing six properties in one week, demonstrating his commitment and skill. 

Damon made the decision to join our Lifestyle Team to embark on career progression opportunities and expand his experience, managing properties in a Sydney's fast paced CBD.

What Damon Does

Damon knows there's both an art and a science to property management. With seven years in the field, Damon is an expert on the science: from trust accounting and inspections to managing maintenance. He specialises in tenant and landlord relations, as well as repairs and maintenance, often tackling small repairs himself.

But that’s only half the equation: Damon is also an expert in the art of property management, working with owners and tenants from all walks of life to find the best possible outcomes. He excels in building strong, lasting relationships and handling tenant disputes with patience and understanding.

Damon believes in proactive and meticulous property management from day one. His motto, "Approach everything with a smile," reflects his positive attitude and dedication to his clients. Damon loves meeting new people and building new relationships, finding great joy in connecting tenants with their perfect homes.

The Technical Bit

Damon is a fully qualified Licensed Real Estate Agent. He completed his real estate licence and continues to expand his knowledge and expertise to keep abreast of Property Management best practices. Damon prides himself on his impressive track record, including a high lease renewal rate and excellent handling of arrears and vacancy turnover rates.
